Colby L. Robertson focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, business planning, and real estate transactions. With a commitment to understanding his clients’ unique concerns and aspirations, Colby takes pride in guiding them toward achieving their goals and building a lasting legacy through thoughtful estate and business plans.
A lifelong resident of Oklahoma, Colby earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University on a leadership scholarship before obtaining his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Licensed in Oklahoma and Arkansas, he is an active member of the Oklahoma and Arkansas Bar Associations, Kingdom Advisors, Wealthcounsel, and the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Counsel. In addition to being an attorney Colby is a licensed real estate broker as well. Colby is driven to continue learning and improving, as such, he has completed the coursework and test to become a Certified Kingdom Advisor® further aligning his work with his values.
Colby and his wife, Holly, are proud parents to three children, Graham, Whit, and Emilie. As a St. Jude patient family, they are passionate about raising awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, participating as patient family speakers and serving on various committees throughout the year. Colby volunteers his time coaching his kid’s sports teams. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, hiking, cycling, and engaging in outdoor activities, as well as following OU football.
Blake Burckart focuses his practice on estate planning, business planning, and real estate transactions. With a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of business operations, Blake is committed to helping clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and achieve their long-term goals through strategic legal guidance.
Blake earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arkansas before beginning his career in the oil and gas industry. He gained extensive experience working with public and private equity-backed companies, including Chesapeake Energy Corp., Ascent Resources, and Heritage Resource Management. In addition to his estate and business planning practice, Blake serves as counsel for Access Real Estate in the Oklahoma City metroplex.
Blake and his wife, Alexis, live in Edmond, Oklahoma, and are proud parents to four daughters, Isabelle, Grace, Blaire, and Micah. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering his time with the OU Health Medical Center Volunteer Board. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, playing golf, going to the lake, and cheering on his Arkansas Razorbacks.

Jennifer L. Holland is an associate attorney at Graft & Walraven, PLLC, where she specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. She works closely with clients to prepare essential documents such as wills and trusts, ensuring their wishes are honored and their loved ones are protected. Jennifer also provides expert guidance through the often-complex processes of trust administration and probate, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2018. During her time at OCU, she was recognized for her academic excellence, receiving the highest grade in her Oil and Gas Law course. She was also inducted into the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court, participated in the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and was awarded the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association Award. Additionally, she served as an Academic Fellow, mentoring fellow law students.
Before attending law school, Jennifer graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Business. She was also a member of the university’s cross-country and track team.
Originally from Saginaw, Texas, Jennifer now resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband, John, and their daughter, Annie. She is an active member of Crossings Community Church, where she previously served as a student small group leader. Jennifer is also a dedicated volunteer with LifeShare of Oklahoma, supporting life-saving organ donation initiatives.
